Goodbye summer, hello fall.
Hi there,
As you probably noticed, nothing has been posted on chiknfrm.com for approximately a month. This could mean one of two things: either the mind behind the “frm” has been neglecting the site, or the same mind has been extremely busy and could not find enough time to slap new posts on the virtual walls of Chiknfrm.
I would like to go with the second one.
Despite the fact that I’ve appeared to sit idle for a long time, new things are in the works (lots of behind-the-scene stuff) and new illustrations, stories, and such will begin popping up again soon. As we wave goodbye to summer times, fall arrives with a cool breeze of visual stimuli.

To Float Away
Don’t you sometimes feel like disappearing from a situation? Maybe you screwed something up, made a friend feel bad, or simply felt uncomfortable being at place or event. Wouldn’t it be nice to vanish, or even better, float away? The fellow I illustrated seems happy to know that the balloon (or his head) will be taking him to a better place. What do YOU see?

Aargh!
Pirates are supposed to be scary criminals of the sea, ready to take over thar ship! Someone said that this fellow looks too harmless – even friendly. Do you ever feel like spraying a pirates face on a wall, just for the sake of… being a pirate? Aargh! Throw yer rum in thee air like thar don’t care. AARGH! Thee spray can is thee weapon.
Now that I think about it, do Somalian pirates wear eye patches, scull hats and long wavy beards? Sure they do.
